These terms apply when you use Visit Pass: the app in ChatGPT, the concierge on WhatsApp, bookings and vouchers offered through it, and this website. Visit Pass is operated by Rethink Labs LLC(“we”, “us”). By using Visit Pass you agree to these terms.

1. What Visit Pass does

Visit Pass helps you plan a trip in ChatGPT and connects you, when you choose, with a concierge on WhatsApp that is run for a destination or property partner. Where a partner offers it, you can also book a stay and receive complimentary activity vouchers. Visit Pass is free for travellers.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to make a binding contract where you live to make a booking. You also need to follow the terms of the services Visit Pass runs on, including ChatGPT and WhatsApp.

3. AI-generated information

Plans and concierge replies are generated by AI using the partner's information. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check important details, such as opening hours, prices, transport, safety and entry requirements, with the venue or an official source before you rely on them. A plan is a suggestion, not a reservation, unless you complete a booking.

4. Partners and bookings

  • When you book a stay or activity, your contract is with the property or provider, not with us. Their prices, house rules and cancellation policy apply, and they are responsible for providing what you booked.
  • Prices are shown in the currency the property sets. Taxes and charges are shown before you pay.
  • Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider on a secure page. We never see or store your card details.
  • For changes, cancellations or refunds, contact the property through the concierge or directly.

5. Complimentary activity vouchers

  • A voucher is valid only for the venue, party size and dates shown on it, and can be used once.
  • Vouchers are personal, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and are limited to one set per traveller per destination in 12 months.
  • The venue decides on admission and may decline a voucher used outside its terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Visit Pass for anything unlawful, abusive or harassing, or to send spam;
  • send someone else's visit code, or try to guess or collect codes or vouchers;
  • try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security of the service;
  • use the concierge to build a competing product or to extract the partner's data in bulk.

We may stop replying to, or block, anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Messages and opting out

The concierge messages you only after you send it your visit code. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

8. Our content

Visit Pass, its software, design and the Visit Pass name belong to Rethink Labs LLC or its licensors. Partner content, such as descriptions and photos of places and properties, belongs to the partner. You may use plans and replies for your own trip.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Visit Pass running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, partners or destinations. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Visit Pass after a change means you accept it.

10. Liability

Visit Pass is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the acts or omissions of partners, properties, venues or third-party services, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
